Jennifer Freeman joined SMS Multimedia as a partner in June 2025, expanding the leadership team alongside her husband, founder Kristopher Freeman. While continuing her role as Senior Payroll Benefits Specialist at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum—where she has served since 2018—Jennifer now lends her expertise in operations and financial management to the business side of SMS Multimedia, a fast-growing company specializing in digital marketing, photography, and communications services.
A native of Bethpage, Tennessee, and a proud alumna of nearby Gallatin High School, Jennifer brings both hometown values and professional experience to the SMS team. She resides in Lebanon, Tennessee, with her husband of 27 years and their energetic labradoodle, Dolly. Together, they are parents to two adult children: Madison, a law student at Northeastern University in Boston, and Noah, a broadcasting and communications major at Middle Tennessee State University.
Jennifer’s background in payroll and human resources gives her a unique edge in managing operations and client coordination for SMS Multimedia. Her attention to detail and calm leadership behind the scenes help support the creative and communications work that has become the hallmark of the business—including Kris’ voice work with the Nashville Sounds, Vanderbilt Athletics, MTSU Football, the TSSAA championships, and Athletes Unlimited Pro Basketball.
Known for her love of music, cooking, and beach getaways, Jennifer brings warmth, authenticity, and balance to every project she touches. Her addition to the SMS Multimedia team reflects the company’s commitment to professional excellence, family values, and building lasting partnerships with clients across Middle Tennessee and beyond.
Jennifer is an avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals, her favorite athlete is Yadier Molina, and she loves any and everything associated with country music legend, Dolly Parton.
